Rental Car Delivered to Your Hotel in Tokyo
Staying in Asakusa, Shinjuku, Shibuya, Ginza or anywhere in central Tokyo? We bring the car to you for ¥4,500 per one-way and collect it from the same place when you are done. Ideal for a Mt. Fuji, Hakone or Nikko day trip in the middle of your Tokyo stay.
How hotel delivery works
- Enter your hotel name when booking. We confirm the car and send a payment link.
- Upload your documents in the pre-check-in; we approve them in advance.
- The evening before or on the morning of pick-up we park the car close to your hotel: in the hotel's own car park if it has one, otherwise in the nearest paid car park. We cover the overnight parking fee.
- We send you the car park name, the bay number and the key-box code on WhatsApp. You collect the car yourself, at whatever time you planned.
- Return to the same car park (or to Haneda Airport if you prefer), lock the car, key in the box, send us a photo.
Early-morning departures
Many guests want to leave for Mt. Fuji at 5:00 or 6:00 to beat the traffic. Because the car is already parked near your hotel with a key box, you can start whenever you like. Pick-up before 08:00 or return after 20:00 carries an off-hours fee of ¥2,200 per side.

Excludes tolls, fuel, winter tyres in Dec–Mar (¥1,100/day), peak-season surcharge (¥1,100/day) and off-hours handover (¥2,200 per side outside 08:00–20:00). Promotions, if running, are applied automatically at booking. Refundable deposit: ¥100,000.
Practical notes
- Central Tokyo hotel car parks are often mechanical towers with height limits. Minivans and the 10-seater van usually go to a nearby surface car park instead; we choose the location and tell you in advance.
- Parking in central Tokyo during your rental is at your own cost. Coin parking is typically ¥300–600 per hour, hotel parking ¥1,500–3,000 per night.
- Delivery is available across the 23 wards of Tokyo. For hotels further out, or for other cities, message us on WhatsApp and we will quote.
Related questions
The deposit is a card pre-authorisation, ¥50,000 for 5-seat classes and ¥100,000 for 7-seat classes and above. Because international card holds are only guaranteed for about 7 days, we send the deposit link within three days before your pick-up. The hold is released after the car is returned and post-rental charges are settled.
Yes, for ¥4,500 per one-way. If the hotel has guest parking we use it; otherwise we park in the nearest paid car park and cover the overnight parking fee ourselves. You receive the location and the key-box code on the day, and can take the car at any time, even early in the morning (an off-hours fee applies before 08:00 or after 20:00).
No. This is a self-drive rental service only. We deliver the car; we do not provide a driver.
